General Policy
All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you may contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and provide a replacement if applicable.
Refunds
Because all sales are final, refunds are not issued except in cases where a replacement cannot be provided for a verified damaged or incorrect item.
Non-returnable Item Policy
All custom or special order items and products are non-refundable.
